> Epyc Wynn is a hacktivist memetic symbol representing a desire for revolution against unethical mods and admins and promotion of free speech on all websites. It is heavily tied to forum and meme communities and is borderline anarchist in nature due to its appeal to overthrowing unethical digital "governments."
> Epyc Wynn is a symbol based on the aesthetics of the Awesome Face meme. It originates with a user who originally went by the name Epyc Wyn but later changed their name to Epyc Wynn. More commonly the symbol has a yellow forehead with white scleras, purple mouth, and red tongue.
> The original user of this symbol brought the symbol to prominence after gaining high ranks on KnowYourMeme and Escapist Magazine as well as gaining high numbers of views on their threads on KYM, EM, and Encyclopedia Dramatica. This combined with their sharp criticism against moderators and administrators on these sites and ultimately being banned from said sites, led to the symbol becoming well-known as a symbol of rebellion against unethical Internet moderators and administrators.
> This memetic symbol is additionally notorious because the user who originally created it has repeatedly forced its spread online, even going as far as creating pages such as this one.

Tomorrow I'll go for sure. Get up early and just go.

I mean I'd consider paying 30 bucks for it once, but not every fucking month. (And they don't even have a student's discount on it. It's still 25.39 Deutschmarks a month if you subscribe as a student for a year, same as if you were a random schmuck.)
There probably is some unworkable free-software thing out there that does what I want to do, but it's so fucking hard to find.
Guess I should give Poppler a try maybe.
I have this scan of a book I want to turn into a single page version but I'm not paying adobe 30 bucks.

Or maybe I should just give up and read it on a tablet if I have one anyway. I just feel like there's got to be a better way.

It's telling that you specifically mention &&politically empowered classes&& in your absolutism social contract.
>>9440>is it worth looking up "despotism"? and is it what those two are fighting over? or something created to categorize ... uh... what exactly? In Bossuet's maxim "Kings are not spared the law" the idea exists the law is a separate entity to the monarch and in some sense this absolute power is subject to fundamental law that is conceptually above him. In the original formulation, the only theoretical class formulation of whose needs was considered was this loose "people" of whom the Monarch was their father. In return for absolute obedience, absolutist and powerful father returns mercy and justice to his people.
In contrast, despotism is a leader enacting his arbitrary earthly will. There is no sense of law beyond might, or really at all.

TikTok has a lot of different content for different audiences. I even get people visiting malls, mall nostlagia etc. It's there, just like cat videos and medical content, memes from the world of law and laywers, and compilations of oceanic horror (ships in storms, platforms on storms filem by people who have a smartphone with them etc). If you are into specific niches you will eventually find videos for it and can explore the more you stay. My roommate uses TikTok and we have different FYP since we are very different people albeit for example we sometimes get the same sound or even TikTok/Creator. TT also pushes new stuff to you and tries if you like it, this can also be already popular stuff.

If the nation is like a body, then the Jew is like AIDS.
Sweden had practically no Jews prior to WWII. Then, they let in the Jews, for 'humanitarian reasons', and the Jews began their work. Like with AIDS, it took many years until the first signs of infection started to show. The 40s ended, the fifties came and went, so did the sixties. The Jews had taken control of all the news media, and they had planned their lies in the minds of young people. The Jews were the disease that made all other diseases possible by weakening the nations defences so all the other vile bacteria could invade the country, as so-called refugees and immigrants. When Sweden previously would not even tolerate Finns and Danes, they now imported Yugoslavians. There's an article from 'Jolo' (died April 1974) about how Yugoslavia will 'fill the swedish vacuum.' Then, they had ever stranger imports from ever worse Muslim shitholes in Africa. Now, Sweden is the most dangerous country in Europe, full of criminals from abroad. They finally woke up, but they can do nothing about it now-the vile diseases from Somalia and Arabia and Yugoslavia are inside the country and have taken control. Their is no way to remove them. The Jews have done their work, crisis has come. The niggers train even children to shoot people in the streets. Civil war against the native population has started.
Sweden is what the rest of Europe will be before the decade ends, unless therapy is started now! The Jews must be removed from the public life, so their multicultural propaganda stops weakening the nations defenses against foreign criminals. Then, the deportations can start and Africans and Arabs can be sent back to where they belong.

What is the representation aiming for, what exactly should be represented? The rapid movement of clips, scrolling and app design?
"form" Well that should work, content-wise it becomes tricky as I tried to explain already, but even then some template adressing content forms might work. There might be a TikTok that tries to represent a TikTok experience. My experience might be a marginal one on that app and 70%+ never have a FYP that diverges from when they first downloaded the app. But then it would heavily depend on the algorithms what experience you make but also which kind of person you are, both lock into each other.

I was noticeably agitated this morning I feel like. Went to the tailor's to have some pants fitted. Beforehand my mother dragged me along to help her choose a wreath for grandma's burial. We ordered two.
Don't remember much about my religious education from kindergarten, but I somehow did managed to correctly guess that a traditional one for the occasion is purple. Or at least, has some purple. We got one with red and white flowers and one with purple and white flowers.
I said that if we're bothering to have a priest show up, at least one of the wreaths should conform to the rites in style. Not that I'm particularly good at practicing my religion.
Afterwards we did a minor grocery run. I usually shop at the store we went to and I was surprised how much anxious I was to have my mother along because she basically threw off the whole routine of me going to the store, by going down different aisles and so on.
I guess I was just a bit hungry.
At home I played some video games and polished the presentation a bit. I have to talk like 15 minutes for a semi-professional audience so I can get away with not reading 3 books on the topic.

The medicated hives (antibiotics, fungicides, etc.) create a reservoir for parasites and diseaese that can then infect wild bees and lead to their decimation. I've been thinking about that lately again.
From my perspective and as far as I know: the honey bees used for beekeeping are not negatively affecting the wild bee population at large. Yes, you mentioned antibiotics, fungicides, etc., but I wouldn't categorize that as an inherited problem of beekeeping, but an important question regarding the "How?".
I would argue, since my expectations for humanity are kinda low, that if we fail to save wild bee populations some of the plants might be endangered as well, yes, but having colonized honey bees as partly replacement is still good.
Saving pandas? Welp, they are cute... but are they relevant? Repopulating tigers, currently, while there are still a lot more in Zoos than in their natural habitat... How far is the human allowed to super-impose his interpretation on nature? Or should the human just leave everything to die, if his "natural" behaviour causes this?
I really don't know how to answer such questions. I don't even know if it is "the right thing to do" to search for answers, lol.
I think until I come across compelling data suggesting beekeeping negatively influences wild insect populations, I'm going to remain on the "good thing" side of interpretation.

This is a potato salad recipe that LIDL sent me via the exclusive Lidl Plus app.
Start by peeling the potato and cutting it into thin half slices; set aside.
Place the finely chopped onion in a bowl; season with salt, add the vinegar, and stir well, allowing it to rest for about ten minutes. Add the parsley, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, and sour cream, and stir well until you have a homogeneous, slightly lumpy cream (which includes all the chopped ingredients).
Add the potato and fold it into the creamy mixture, ensuring that the potato is completely covered. Taste to adjust the seasonings.
Chill for a minimum of two hours before serving to allow the flavors to fully develop.

Woke up, hastily did some more homework, which turned out to have been unnecessary, because nothing was assigned.
We didn’t even write a test.
I decided to try the herbal tea and coffee combo from yesterday and it really put me on the edge again. I guess if I were American I’d be dead from substance abuse by now.
I felt really alert and I was observing a lot of things.
I didn’t fail modern Chinese. I managed to get a C, basically saying my performance was “mediocre”.
Unbalanced as usual, because I did a flawless Chinese to Hungarian translation and then I managed to fuck up everything else short of writing the small essay. One part was fucked because I corrected an error in the sentence where the lecturer used 至 instead of 之 and as it turns out, that wasn’t the error, that was just something she randomly fucked up while composing the test. No points awarded.
After class I went to pick up the book I ordered. I look forward to learning a lot from this. Checked out the book-cart and bought a book on Greek mythology.
Dropped off a book at the library. They cancelled my Classical Chinese class again and at this point I’m not even frustrated. I worked on it. I honed my skills. The department can suck it.
I chatted with the librarian a bit and under her breath she told me that the cancelled class doesn’t matter because it’s not like I can learn much from the substitute teacher whe got to hold the class. Ultimately, still high on caffeine and the herbal tea I confessed that I actually love doing what I’m doing. I love translating texts, I love doing philology and historical research and so on. No matter the complaining. I do what I do because I love it, not because I didn’t have other options.
The dog is apparently actually sick. The vet said that it’s the spine. I thought that was only a thing for very large dogs, but happens with smaller breeds too.
My mother said that if the anti-inflammation injections stop helping the dog, then she’ll be put down. And you know, it fucking hurts.
We never really counted the years but apparently we’ve had her for 13 years. Never would have imagined. I spent more of my life having this dog than not having it.
Honestly I feel like I should focus on the present. The dog is still here. It looks happy, it greets me when I get home, I can pet it and give it a treat and so on. And she will be for quite some time. Even in the dead of the night it woke up to greet me as I stumbled home from my last class at college.
But it’s kinda like how Gilgamesh learns that he will die one day and it makes him sad. It doesn’t matter how it’ll happen a lot later.
Went to German class and at one part of the lesson we talked about a poll they conducted in 2015 about what people would wish for to make them happy if a fairy were to make them come true. I was smirking so hard as I looked through it and I told the lectuerer that “I cannot decide whether “Weltfrieden” or “bessere Politik” ist funnier as an expression and it was a fucking riot like neither of us could stop laughing at it.
Ultimately I’m in high spirits I guess. Gonna gave a library run tomorrow. Just reading. Maybe giving that Su Dongpo essay another go. I got some lunch money so I’ll try to go extra early.

Contrary to better judgement, I ordered an I Ching divination kit. I say it isn't the best idea, because I've come to find that the average person who is truly into divinations and assorted esotericisms is a woman who, unknowingly, is a rabid defender of Greco-Roman tradition and will look down upon you for bringing up oriental superstition. The spiritual arises from the worldly as an emergent phenomenon.
For example, there is no reason, materially, that we should actually experience and observe the phenomena that arise from the biological functions of our existence(s).
Being able to experience things serves no actual "mechanical" purpose, we could very well have been mechanical automatons with no emergent "observer" to experience any of the processes and stimuli fed into our brains, but here we are.
The color red, as a particular expression of a particular wavelength of radiation doesn't have to be observed to actually exist and perform its function. Same with pain, joy, love, happiness, etc. None of these things actually have to be experienced, and be experiencable, to perform their functions. And yet we have experience.
That is the great paradox and mystery of our existence(s). That none of this has to "feel" like anything, and yet it does.
I would even propose, that subjective experience, and the possibility of an observer or consciousness, is not merely a consequence / side effect of our universe's physics, but actually a per-requisite for existence at all. Existence in any meaningful sense anyway.
Because imagine a universe materially identical to our own, except there's no emergent consciousness, or observer, or qualia. A universe that leads to creation of life just as our own, except where life forms are purely material, and whose neurological activities don't generate any experiences, OR an experiencER to experience the experiences.
Well, if there is no observer to WITNESS such a universe, could said universe be said to exist at all? Because the ONLY metric we have for verifying the existence of ANYTHING, is that we have experience of them. So, in a universe where there is no experiencer, there can't be anything TO experience. And if there are no phenomena TO experience, there must be no phenomena at all, and therefore nothing at all, because experiencing phenomena is the only actual way to confirm their existence, and if phenomena can't be experienced, they might as well not exist at all.
Do you get me?
If a tree falls in a universe with no Observers, can the tree, and the universe it's in, be said to have existed at all? Because if there's no causality chain by which the effects of the falling tree can be observed by SOMETHING, ANYTHING, then it is indistinguishable from something that never existed at all (and thus wasn't experienced)

Today was fine I guess. I woke up from a nightmare where I failed the exam. The wind was blowing very hard and it woke me up thankfully. I started charging my gadgets and made a herbal tea.
Checked the peppers outside and petted the dog.
Got dressed and downed the tea and went outside to get a few errands done. I sent back a package to the webshop I didn't need to get the three bucks I spent on it back, bought some rotring leads and then I went DM to buy some more herbal tea material. The leads for the mechanical pencil were outrageously priced honestly.
Afterwards I went to the city. Had lunch and then went to the library. The crew at the pizzeria recognised me and knew what I was going to order.
At the library I worked on that Song dynasty piece and yet again it tore me a new one, because after I did a couple of sentences I checked the baihua version and it had little to do with what I translated. I'm just not used to the syntax at all. I also made my powerpoint progress report for next week's consultation.
Had another coffee after I got home and played some video games after getting home. I feel like after like 3 hours of studying I can afford an hour of gaming.

Written exam was a desaster, but apparently everyone else thought it was really hard too, so hopefully they'll adjust the grading, else I might not pass it. Oral exam was not great either, we were supposed to memorize a 2min talk on 4 different topics using a bunch of new grammar/vocabulary but I just cba to memorize all that (and unaided memorization is also a skill I just never really practiced before). Ended up getting my least favorite topic and fumbled content-wise, but my grammar and pronunciation should be fine at least.
Presentation went fine though I was more nervous than I expected despite being so familiar with the topic. I wanted to make it more relaxed and get a few jokes in there, but I think it was rather dry in the end.
Vocabulary exam was easy, there were a few characters I didn't remember but after looking it over a few times I accepted that I won't magically remember them anyways so I did the cocky hand-in-after-30-mins-before-anyone-else move.

And I honestly doubt this was an attempt to get out of doing work.
I'm not actually mad. I never had anyone help me like this for university, so I get it.
One of the questions was "How can we transform social capital into financial capital" and I immediately blurted out "corruption" and that one word managed to freak both my mother and my father out because the Actually Existing Socialism reflexes kicked in and they shouted me down not to make my sister bring up the topic lest they kick her out of university, because that place is closely associated with Orbán and his cronies due to the financial restructuring and shit.
I guess I talk easy because my university is "independent" and a perceived opposition bastion.
I'd like to say I'm not hooked into politics, but I kinda am, and I just don't get how can people get so hysterical about this shit. I guess my biggest political weakness is that I love to laugh so much and I'm too detached to be properly aligned with someone actively.
Chinese class went okay. The philosophy seminar was fine. I think I learned a lot about the Daodejing.
I decided that my seminar paper will be on "Legalist tendencies in the Daodejing".
Afterwards I discussed my current research with the professor a bit and basically we corrected an error I made in my interpretation, which I suspected but he confirmed it.
I skipped my German class. I was too tired to go back to the city and tomorrow's the day of my grandmother's funeral.
I feel a bit guilty because I could have probably pulled it off with a coffee or something, but I just wasn't feeling ready.
Ultimately, the teacher is always lenient and tells me I shouldn't worry about my attendance, because I'm basically the only one who always comes.
I ordered a book in Hungary but I'm going to cancel my order because apparently importing it costs half as much as buying it through the local chain. Fucked up honestly.
Also went to the bookstore and picked up a used copy of a Russian grammar. Contemplated buying this Hungarian release of Kiki's Delivery service but I managed to yet again compose myself and not buy a children's book.
Then on Saturday woe is me I'm forced to travel with family again. They made sure to book the tickets before asking me so I'll have my weekend wasted abroad.

How is a wheel-chair bound capable of earning enough money to raise a family? It's a trick-question, of course. The government pays for his healthcare, the wheelchair, etc. Companies are forced to employee the handicapped or pay hefty fines, so they have to make everything wheelchair-accessible and have a wheelchair-accessible toilet and so on, and so forth. But this is not enough for the handicapped in Germany. They demand that cable car stations in mountain resorts be made wheelchair-accessible. They demand that literal human magots like Raoul Krauthausen will be allowed to work any job, no matter if this job necessitates the use of his limbs or not. Just assign a help-helper to do the job for him, and have the handicapped person pretend he did the job, problem solved!

That financial burden would be outsourced to companies, yes, but just increasing the taxes a little would prolly tank the companies less.
>>9744> Also, how will those people deal with the fact that society has proclaimed them entirely useless? Will there not be discrimination? It is interesting to see that you equal "sheep" to useful and "neet" to "proclaimed" entirely useless.
There is a lot of other things "to do" outside of "work". e.g. art, politics, philosophy, science... I honestly don't think there is a need to hard-bind this "gets/earns bling-bling" onto "to do" to evaluate the "usefulness" of said "to do".
On top of all that:
Comrades, it is time to honor all the lazy generations which came before us. Their wisdom of laziness gave us machines, robots, drones and other automated tools assisting in our ever growing laziness. It's time to harvest the inherited knowledge and attitudes of our ancestors. The need for work has been nearly eliminated, but the human - in his competitive laziness - keeps working on ever more and creative ways to increase the efficiency of our lazing around.
And such concludes the paradox of the human: he doesn't want to work, but yet he does.

if you can combine your wage labor with something you would categorize as "useful" even without the bling bling attached, great for you. But that isn't possible for most if you force everyone to have a wage labor job just for the sake of it.

Today was grandma's funeral. I think it went well enough. The priest did the necessary rites and there was also a mass afterwards.
One thing that surprised me was that my mother knew how things are ought to be done and took it very seriously. Like she knew how to take part in a Catholic mass and all the prayers required. Personally I knew like half of Pater noster and that was about it. I felt a bit ashamed but then again, only my mother was playing along with the rites, and me when I knew what to say. The others stood in silence.
During the mass the part of the Gospels the priest commented on was from John's, and it was that line where Jesus said "I am the way" and I thought it was interesting because the Jesuits felt like it somehow paralleled the Daodejing.
My uncle was visibly frustrated with the whole religious ceremony ordeal and we had to drag him to mass. Mom said he wanted a non-religious burial or something like that.
I'm not a very religious person, but to just call some dipshit life-coach type of guy to hold a speech sounds very wrong for a funeral.
This is just how things are ought to be.
I missed out on calligraphy class, but I think I have around 40-50 more years to learn some calligraphy. But I can only bury grandma once.

To me a priest at least carries some semblance of authority, be it divine, institutional or traditional. Even if the last few centuries haven't been to kind to the Church.
It feels "proper" this way.
The life-coach guy is just a guy. He doesn't wield any sort of institutional or divine authority over anybody. He's a mirage of the current economic paradigm and nothing more.
