Socks and sandals are perfectly fine. People not liking it are just parroting an opinion of some fashion cunt, which by pure chance became popular and spread - and now everyone is saying it, basically because it's the only thing they know about style, and they know they can say it without any risk of getting ridiculed for it. The mere fact that there are men who have an opinion of what others shouldn't be allowed to wear is way more ridiculous than any socks in sandals could ever be.

 No.6375

Socks with sandals are shit simply because they have no advantages over barefoot with sandals or shoes with socks. i'm not sure why i tend to use images of children for avatarfaggin/reaction-memes - my current guess is either because i feel everyone else is childish, or because i am childish.
i use animals as well, but rarely adults. adults usually only if they have some context, like the temple OS glow-in-the-dark-nigga guy, or the GNU PLUS nice-properaitary-software guy.
another topic all together would be porn. i don't like and don't watch humans without a developed body doing sexual stuff. and i actually have to add that, because kraut/kohl has more than just "Grenzwertscheiss" - but i think even "Grenzwertscheiss" is way too annoying to look at. fucking weirdos... I will explain my thoughts to you step by step, in very explicit form, since you give off the impression of being slightly dense.

This TV show was produced to achieve commercial success. This is what motivated the people who partook in the endeavour. Since the objective was very clearly achieved, I think it unlikely that the actress who portrayed the character you disliked so much or the writers who wrote the character you dislike so much would be much moved by your critique.

You could argue that commercial success should not be the yard stick by which we measure the quality of a TV production. You could go on to explain that we should rate TV productions for other qualities instead. Do these qualities, in your mind, involve personae dramatis that consist entirely of likeable, pretty characters?

So you didn't like that character. I didn't like the entire show. In my opinion, it consists entirely out of cliches, the laugh track takes up half the running time, the jokes are stale. That's why I didn't watch the show for long enough to be annoyed by Amy Farrah Fowler.

But it doesn't matter what I think, since, again, this TV production made a metric fuckton of money for everyone involved in it.

But it's not that it sucks because it's not sweet enough.

>Imagine whiteknighting for some hollywood millionaire despite claiming you don't even like the show.

> claiming
So we are now beyond the point of critiquing tv-productions, we have now progressed to the stage where you tell me what I really, secretly like?

>I mean, what was your point?

Again, your opinion on that ten year old show is pointless, just doesn't matter, show made money, the data is in. Things are done to achieve certain aims, and success can only be measured in whether those aims were achieved.

>And it still doesn't matter what the actor thinks or does

I was under the impression you thought it was the actors and writers job to make the character likeable to you. Otherwise, why complain that you didn't like this or that character because he/she was irritating and ugly?
Either you assume, that all characters should be likeable and pretty, this then implies that you also think writers and actors should portray them in such a way, and the actors cast should be as cute as possible.
Or you think characters may be irritating and/or ugly. But then, why do you complain about this character being irritating and ugly?

>and frankly I don't care, and that was irrelevant to the subject of that post anyway and maybe if you weren't apparently a bit slow, albeit very smug, you would understand that.

You are the worst know-it-all on this board and I recognize your each and every post, you are the most arrogant person I ever witnessed in my entire live.

>At least you admitted that evaluating the quality of something by the money it makes

rather evaluate by the amount of non-irritating characters and pretty girls, right? Deduce one point per irritating or ugly character, add two points for each cute girl, there you have your measure of quality.

> is silly.

Where do I admit that? It's obviously the opposite of silly, it's rational and economical. That show was produced to make money. It made a lot of money. That makes it an intense success. If you want to watch something that isn't made to name money from people watching it, watch German publicly fine bullcrap instead, that is made not to speak to the masses, but to appeal to the schmucks handing out the tax money.

>Maybe there is hope for you. Keep it up

I support the free market, and I have no probem with immigration. However I also have no problem with giving immigrants no welfare money and mowing them down with machine guns if they start to riot. And it's not discriminating at all, since the latter applies to everyone, even long-time residents. I mean immigrants come here because they think it's good, and they can leave when they think that this was a mistake. Doesn't get any more free market than that. And everyone else is welcome to stay and work his way into society, wouldn't even care about their religion, skin color or whatever.

If someone believes supply and demand causes prices to fluctuate, why shouldn't be be against an increase in supply in markets he competes in?

Note: Not me, I am against free markets and immigration (except for emigration in the form of my person moving somewhere better).

Opinion: Germany should export freedom again, starting with america.
If a region has a working democracy, a welfare system automatically emerges. It's the law of the invisible hand.
Nobody likes germans anyway; people would prefer to abuse their local welfare system instead of needing to come here.

For the person paying, in this case the employer. I might want competition unbarred by tariffs or quotas when I'm purchasing electronic trinkets but want a complete lockdown on supply when it's time for me to sell my labor.
I really don't see the contradiction.

Why? You consent to work in mine for 1$, employer consents to pay you 1$. State doesn't prevent you from making this deal with enforcing minimal wage or something like that.

Everything is voluntarily, same as with sexual freedom.

yeah, i still don't get it.
why should i pay for something, if it is not regulated? i just take it.
it only becomes theft, if you regulate the market.
or am i understanding the word "unregulated" wrong?
i'm interpreting it as "no rules from above", so why should there be a rule against me just taking stuff? it's a "free" market after all, or no?

Cmon, I simply meant free market without welfare, minimal wages, progressive taxes and other government regulations.
Economic liberalism still implies government punishing thieves. Same as sexual revolution still implies punishment for rape.

i see.
i still think your argument is lacking.
on the one hand, you are kind of comparing oranges with apples, since sexual interactions are mostly limited to a few individuals while economics involves a whole bunch more - the whole population, to be exact. granted, every analogy suffers from the problem of comparing oranges with apples, but yours a bit more compared to the previous one
we can see this problem even with the words we use:
in sexual interaction we are talking about "consent" while with governmental regulation and economics we would prolly use "consensus".
if we, for the sake of the argument, assume that current governmental regulation are because the government represents the consensus of the population, we could say that those regulations are in place, because we want them. or at least the majority wants those rules in place. while ignoring that the majority is stupid and doesn't even know what's best for themselves, for now.
now we could say rape is against the consent of an individual while an unregulated free market is against the consensus of the population.

if you think consent is important in sexual interactions, shouldn't you also believe that the consensus of the population is important regarding regulations of the market?
